Creating Business Solutions offers two quality ceiling insulation products, which are placed between the joists giving maximum thermal insulation. Each with its own advantages, we will recommend a product that suits your budget and needs:
Earthwool is the cheaper alternative, the Earthwool batts are manufactured from sustainable and recycled glass bottles creating eco-friendly insulation with no added formaldehyde, artificial colours or acrylics. No protective clothing needed to install the product.
Polyester is 100% polyester thermal batts, they are water repellent, dust-free and easy to handle. Safe and non-allergenic and it is recommended by the Asthma Foundation. No protective clothing needed to install the product.
You clean your rooms every few days but you never clean your ceiling space which could be leaking contaminated dust into your home and affecting your health.
Creating Building Solutions can clean out your ceiling in a few hours using specialized equipment. Removing the dust from your ceiling removes the risk of contamination to your family, pets and home.
Dry wall plastering (gyprocking) involves mixing cement compounds to apply a creamy smooth layer of plaster cement, which acts as a bonding material.
We use this to produce decorative features such as archways, bulkheads, decorative ceiling panels and ornate ceilings (ceiling centres).
We also use it for plaster repair work, patching, filling holes and cracks. Once the compound is dried, we can sand it to a smooth finish.
Our creative approach to plastering means we can often suggest different ways to achieve the appearance you desire.
If you need to build partitions, our plasterboard solutions lets us move walls, doors and windows to where you want them.
We offer innovative ideas and approaches to achieving the results you desire. We have extensive experience and expertise in all partition methods, from right angle walls, to curved, nipped, half wall and splayed walls.
Cornices are popular with homeowners, architects and interior designers. They range from large, ornate or art deco styles to modern, clean styles.
We can supply and fix and repair all types of cornices.
We are experienced with a variety of suspended ceilings including grid ceilings, set ceilings and acoustic ceilings.
Grid ceilings are quick and easy to install. They are cost-efficient and offer easy access for electrical or air conditioning work and other building services.
Set ceilings are fixed, sanded and painted to give the impression of a solid ceiling. To provide access for other trades, we can install an access panel or man-hole.
Acoustic ceilings use specially-produced plasterboard for noise suppression.
Passive fire protection (PFP) is an integral component of the structural fire protection and fire safety in a building. PFP attempts to contain fires or slow the spread, through use of a variety of fire-resistant systems and materials we can fire protect your walls and ceilings.
PFP systems must comply with the associated listing and approval use and compliance in order to provide the effectiveness expected by building codes. Creating Building Solutions is an approved installer of the 'Drywall Passive Fire Rated Systems' and can certify Fire Upgrades for apartment buildings, homes and commercial premises.
We undertake minor interior demolition for residential sites. This includes asbestos removal and disposal, strip outs and wall and ceiling relocations.
We can supply and install a wide range of accessories to enhance the look and feel of your space. These can be used for bulkheads, skylights, manholes, access panels, shadow lines, feature walls and ceilings.
Wet areas (bathrooms and kitchens)
We build wet areas using villaboard, a high performance board developed for commercial and residential uses. Because it's moisture resistant it's particularly suitable for use in kitchens, bathrooms and laundries. It can be painted, wallpapered, or tiled to create any interior design you need.
